Healthy Nails

Your nails are a key sign to others of your overall grooming habits and health. A manicure and / or pedicure is key to completing your renewing experience. There are a variety of nail services that will help you stay in style! Understand that you can receive one of the best manicures, but if you’re not maintaining a healthy life style, it will show.

Tips on how to maintain healthy nails:
  • Nails that chip, split or peel can be a sign of iron, vitamin or calcium deficiency. A daily multi-vitamin should do the trick.
  • Overexposure to household cleaners could cause damage to your nails. Try wearing gloves when using cleaning products.
  • Your nails may develop white spots; this could be a sign of insufficient zinc, iron or calcium. Ensure to include this in your diet and they should disappear.
  • Sometime your nails may have a yellowish tint to them; this could be caused by wearing nail polish continuously or using a subpar product. Try going polish-free a few days between manicures.
